In my experience, clients ask whether they will be able to make their own updates, necessitating the Joomla, however, from my experience, over 50% of those who wanted to be doing their own updates dont end up doing so.
Which makes me ask once again, is it necessary for EVERY site to be a joomla site? Absolutely not! In my conclusion, I will only be using it for extra functionalities, which I dont want to bother myself too much programming from scratch, eg real estate, vehicles, directories, and such like
Otherwise, I love Joomla and appreciate all the work that has gone into making this wonderful CMS, making work much easier for most of us webdesigners.
